To make a return or exchange, you have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days from the date you receive your order (the period is counted in calendar days).

Once logged in, select the order and the item concerned, then follow the steps to generate your return label.
 

⚠️If you placed an order with a GUEST account

1. Open the order confirmation email you received.

2. Click on the link indicated in the sentence: “You can also track your order from this link”.

3. Once the page is open, click on “View details”.

4. Finally, select “Make a return/exchange” to start your request.
