Exchanges are subject to availability of the item at the time your return parcel is processed.
Unfortunately, the exchange request does not reserve the desired item.
However, the postage costs for your return parcel are free, provided you use the pre-paid label provided when you created your returns form.
If the item is sold out, you will be automatically refunded.
The refund method will be the one you selected when you created your returns form.
As a reminder, you had to choose between a refund by voucher or by means of payment.
If the exchange is validated, the parcel will be sent (at our expense) to the original delivery address and cannot be changed under any circumstances.
