You're a fan of Place des Tendances but we don't deliver to your country!
Our partner ColisExpat breaks down borders and creates a transit address in Europe or the United States from which parcels can be sent to any corner of the world. Delivery of all the orders you place on the web becomes possible.
How can you do this?
If you are already a ColisExpat member - 2 possibilities :
> You have never entered an address in your address book: After validating your basket, enter your postal address by selecting in the ‘Country’ box: ‘Other -With ColisExpat’ then enter your Colis Expat customer number in the space provided.
> Your international address has already been entered in your address book: this means that you have already selected the Delivery country ‘Other -With Expat parcel’ and entered your ColisExpat customer number* so all you have to do is select the correct delivery address on the Delivery page.
If you are not yet a Colis Expat member :
After validating your basket, enter your postal address by selecting in the ‘Country’ box: ‘Other -With Expat parcel’ then click on the ‘Our ColisExpat partner’ link. You will then be redirected to the Colis Expat page. Enter a valid e-mail address and choose your password, then click on ‘Create my free account’. Once your account has been created, you will be given a personal ColisExpat* number. All you have to do is enter this number in the ‘ColisExpat number ’* space on our website.
ColisExpat will take care of any customs clearance of orders. Customs taxes may apply depending on the country of delivery. The responsibility of Place des Tendances stops at the delivery to the ColisExpat warehouse in Metropolitan France.
* This reference corresponds to your delivery address and is essential for the successful delivery of your parcel.
