A check is carried out before each order is shipped. If your package is incomplete and the delivery note mentions an item as missing, it means the item could not be shipped due to a quality or stock issue.
Two situations are possible and will be communicated to you by email:
The later shipment of the missing item.
If the item(s) cannot be delivered, we will issue a refund for your item(s) within 72 business hours.

⚠️You have 3 business days from the delivery date indicated by the carrier to submit a claim to our customer service (Article L133-3 of the French Commercial Code).
After this period, no requests will be considered.
