Log in to your customer account at Place des tendances
Shop and confirm your basket
Select and confirm your delivery method
Then go to the payment page and click on "Use my vouchers/credits"
Select the credit you wish to apply to your order and click on "Use"
If you return an item, you will be refunded in the form of a credit note. This credit will be sent to you by email once your return has been processed.
PLEASE NOTE:
Your credit can be used multiple times.
If the amount exceeds your basket total, the remaining balance will automatically be reissued as a new credit. This will appear during your next checkout and can be viewed under “My vouchers” in your account.
If your credit amount is lower, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method or a Place des Tendances gift card.
-Credits can be combined.
-Each credit is valid for 6 months from its creation date.
If your credit doesn’t apply, please check:
that you are logged into your account,
that you entered the code correctly (in uppercase, no spaces),
that the code is still valid.
Note: the number “0” can sometimes be mistaken for the letter “O”.
No credit can be applied to a basket containing a partner (marketplace) product.
In the case of a mixed basket, the credit will apply only to Place des Tendances products.
