You have 15 days (for post office pickup) or 10 days (for collection from a retailer) to retrieve your parcel, depending on the delivery method chosen.
Unclaimed parcels will automatically be returned to our warehouse within a maximum of 3 weeks.

Once your parcel has been received, we will contact you by email to offer you either:

• a reshipment to your personal address (no reshipment to pickup points or post offices), or

• a cancellation with a refund.

Important: If we do not receive a reply within 48 hours after our email, your order will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
