You can only track the delivery of your package if you have used the shipping label provided to you when creating your return order.

2- 'Follow a return/exchange'
3- Click on the follow-up link
The tracking announces in your personal space that the package is in status: 'Waiting to receive' while you notice that in the carrier's tracking, the package is announced 'delivered'. Rest assured, the package is probably in our warehouses waiting to be picked up by an operator. Please wait while the status of the announced return to your personal space is updated. On the other hand, you will receive an email to the email address used when creating your customer account that will inform you of the status of your return package.
