You can only track the progress of your package if you used the shipping label provided when you created your returns form.
To do this:
Log in to your customer account at www.placedestendances.com/uk/en and click on MY ORDERS -> 'Track a return/exchange' and then click on the tracking link.
A return takes about 48-72 hours business hours to ship on average.
NOTE: The package status will be 'Awaiting receipt' even if it has been delivered to our warehouse.
The status will only change to 'Received' once it has been processed by our returns department.
