If you have received an order intended for another customer and the delivery note has another customer's name on it:
Please let us know as soon as possible and return it for a refund, as we will not be able to send you your original order.
To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your customer account at www.placedestendances.com/uk/en, go to MY ORDERS -> "My order tracking" -> "I received an order intended for another customer" and enter the number of the order you received.
2. Your returns form will be created and available in MY ORDERS -> "Track a return/exchange".
3. Print out your form, put it inside your return package and stick the shipping label on your package.
4. Take it to the post office.
5. As soon as we receive your package, we will issue you with a refund by recrediting your payment method.
