You can only ask for the delivery address or delivery method to be changed if your order status is "pending" or "invoiced".
You cannot change the order contents (item/size/colour).
To guarantee an express service for our customers, all orders placed before 2 pm are prepared and dispatched the same day (excluding weekends).
THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU:
- If you've ordered the wrong size or style and the order status is "pending", you can cancel your order directly by going to MY ACCOUNT -> "My order tracking". Then you can place your order again.
- If your order status is "invoiced", call us as soon as possible on +33 1 41 83 97 77 and ask one of our customer advisors to cancel your order. Please make sure you have your order reference to hand to speed up the processing of your request. Once the order has been cancelled, you can place a new order.
If your order shows a different status, unfortunately, it will no longer be possible to cancel your order as this means it is being prepared or has already been dispatched. The order will have to be returned once you receive it (see "Returns, exchanges & refunds").
