I- A quality check is carried out before each order is dispatched. If your order is incomplete and the delivery note lists an item missing in the parcel, it means the item was excluded from the shipment because of a quality problem.
There are two possible options:
1. You will receive the missing item(s) a few days later.
2. We will refund your item(s) within 72 business hours.
In either case, you will receive an email advising you of the progress of your order.
II- The delivery note does not list any item as missing.
