To make a return or exchange, you have a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days from the date you receive your order (the period is counted in calendar days).

Once you are logged in, select the order and the item concerned, then follow the steps to generate your return label.
 

⚠️If you placed an order as a GUEST

1. Open the order confirmation email you received.

2. Click on the link in the sentence: “You can also track your order using this link”.

3. Once the page has opened, click on “View details”.

4. Finally, select “Make a return/exchange” to initiate your request.
