In order to resolve any issue regarding the receipt of a defective item as quickly as possible, we invite you to inform us as soon as possible and return it to us for a refund or exchange.
To do so, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your customer account on Place des tendances , click on MY ORDERS and then “Make a return/exchange.”
Follow the return procedure. In order for us to report the issue to our logistics department, please make sure to select the return reason “Damaged item.”
Choose the shipping method that suits you in order to obtain the prepaid return label allowing you to send the item back.
Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed after the parcel has been sent.
Upon receipt of your parcel, we will proceed with the refund or exchange of your item if you have chosen an exchange, subject to stock availability at the time the return is processed.
