To make a return or exchange, you have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the date you receive your order (the period is counted in calendar days).

⚠️If you placed an order with a GUEST account

1. Open the order confirmation email you received.

2. Click the link in the sentence: “You can also track your order using this link”.

3. Once the page has opened, click “View details”.

4. Finally, select “Make a return/exchange” to initiate your request.
