1. Browse as usual on Place des Tendances
Explore the website and shop as you normally would.
To identify items sold through the Marketplace, check out the help page titled “How to recognise a Marketplace item”.

2. Choose your delivery method
When finalising your cart, select the delivery option offered by each seller.
Available shipping methods may vary depending on the brand partner.

3. Place your order
Once you’ve made your selection, confirm your cart and choose from the available payment methods.
You’ll then receive a confirmation email from Place des Tendances.

4. Track your parcel
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email from Place des Tendances.
You can also track your parcel in your personal account under “My Account” > “My Orders”.

If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact the partner brand’s customer service directly.
To do so, go to “My Orders”, click “View details”, then “Show details”, and finally select “Contact customer service”.
