You can track your parcel only if you used the shipping label provided when creating your return form.
To track your return from your customer account:
Log in to your account.
Click on “My Returns & Exchanges”.
Select “Track a Return/Exchange”.
Enter your order number from your confirmation email.
In general, returns are delivered to our warehouses within 3 to 5 business days.
⚠️ The parcel status will remain “Awaiting receipt” even if it has already been delivered to our warehouse. It will update to “Received” once processed by our logistics team.
If you placed your order as a guest, you can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number shown on your return form. You’ll receive an email once your refund has been issued.
