What is the Club Printemps program?
The Club Printemps program is available to all holders of the PRINTEMPS loyalty card. It is valid in all Printemps stores (except Printemps du Louvre, Brest, Caen, Tours, Doha, and New York) and on Place des tendances
How does my card and loyalty account work?
Your card has a 16-digit number (the first four digits are 5516) and links your purchases to your loyalty account. The account contains all information related to your loyalty: points, status, vouchers, favorite brands, etc.
What are the benefits at signup and use?
At signup: 15% immediate discount or credit to your loyalty account.
Afterwards: 3% of the amount spent is credited to your loyalty account.
Do the benefits apply to all products?
No. Benefits do not apply to Marketplace products. For mixed orders (Place des Tendances product + partner product), the discount applies only to the Place des Tendances product.
How do I link my Club Printemps account to Place des Tendances?
Go to My Account > My Loyalty Programs > Printemps le Club Printemps and enter your card number.
After 30 days following delivery, you can start earning points and increase your status.
Important: Club Printemps cashback benefits are not usable on Place des Tendances.
