1. Log in to your customer account at Place des tendances 

   If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one to place your order.

    

2. Shop and confirm your basket.

    

3. Select and confirm your delivery method.

    

4. Go to the payment page and click on “Place des Tendances Gift Card”.

    

5. Enter the code and click “OK”.

If you return an item, you’ll be refunded in the form of a credit note.
This code, containing letters and numbers, will be emailed to you once your return has been processed.
It is valid for 6 months and can be used in one or multiple transactions.

Please note : 

Your gift card can be used multiple times.

If its amount exceeds your basket total, the remaining balance will automatically be credited as a new voucher, available at checkout on your next order.

If the amount is lower, you can pay the balance using another payment method or another gift card.

The gift card is combinable.

It is valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from their creation date.

If your gift card doesn't apply, please check : 

that you’re logged into your account,

that the code is entered correctly (uppercase, no spaces),

the code’s validity date,

the eligibility of your products,

and that your gift card was purchased online, not in-store.*

Note: the number “0” may be mistaken for the letter “O”.

Gift cards cannot be used for marketplace partner orders.
For mixed orders, Mod’s points apply only to Place des Tendances products.
