1. Log in to your customer account at www.placedestendances.com 

2. Click on MY ORDERS - 'My order tracking' to see the status of your order and click on the tracking link if already available.

If no shipment tracking information is available it's normal that you cannot track your package for the first 24 hours, as it must first be processed at a sorting centre. 
After this time, you can track the progress of your package on your selected carrier's website.
