If the carrier does not have all the necessary information to complete the delivery, you have two options:
Contact the carrier directly to provide the missing information.
Contact our customer service by e-mail, who will forward this information to the carrier.
🔹 Important: This must be done within 48 to 72 hours after being notified of an incomplete address.
After this period, the package will be returned to our warehouses (maximum return time: 3 weeks).
Upon receipt of the package, we will contact you by e-mail to offer:
Either a reshipment to your personal address
Or a cancellation with a refund.
⚠️ If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours of our e-mail, the order will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
