Wishing to resolve any issue related to receiving an incorrect item as quickly as possible, we invite you to notify us as soon as possible and return the item for a refund.
Procedure to follow:
Log in to your customer account on www.placedestendances.com, then go to "My orders" > "Make a return/exchange".
Follow the return process. Select the return reason "I did not receive the correct item" to inform our logistics department.
Choose the shipping method "Post office / Shop" to obtain a prepaid label and return the item at our expense.
⚠️ No shipping costs will be refunded if the prepaid label is not used.
Upon receipt of your parcel, the refund will be made to the payment method used for the order.
Marketplace order: please contact the seller directly from your customer account.
