You can cancel your order directly from your customer account, provided that:

• the payment was made by credit card, PayPal, 3-installment payment without fees, or Visa Printemps card.

• and the order status is still "Pending"

To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your customer account on www.placedestendances.com, click on MY ORDERS, then "Order tracking"

2. Select the corresponding order number

3. Click on "Cancel my order"

Please note: To check if your order can be cancelled, click on "Cancel my order". If not, the following message will appear: "The status of your order no longer allows cancellation."
In this case, you can return your item once your parcel has been delivered by generating a return form from the "MY ORDERS" section, then "Make a return/exchange".

Attention: Please note that our orders are processed very quickly. Cancellation is only possible for a very limited time (around 20 minutes after the order has been confirmed).
