If you receive the wrong item, we would like to resolve this as soon as possible. Please let us know immediately and return it to us for a refund or an exchange.
To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your customer account at www.placedestendances.com/eu/en and click on MY RETURNS & EXCHANGES -> 'Make a return/exchange'.
2. Follow the return procedure. So we can provide feedback to our logistics department, please make sure you select 'I received the wrong item' as the reason for your return.
3. Select 'Post office/retailer' as the shipping method to get the prepaid label you need to make the return at our expense.
Shipping costs cannot be recovered after the item has been dispatched.
4. When we receive your package, we will issue you with a refund by recrediting your payment method, or if you have chosen the exchange option, we will exchange your item subject to availability once your return has been processed.
