A quality control is carried out before each order is shipped. If your package is incomplete and the delivery form mentions this item as missing, this means that the item could not be shipped due to a quality problem.
There are two possible alternatives:
1. You will receive the missing items a few days later
2. We will proceed to refund your items within 72h business days
In both cases, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the outcome of your order.
