You have 14 calendar days maximum from the date of receipt to return your order to us. After this time, you will not be able to issue a return.
Items must be new, never worn and in their original packaging. The cardboard tag mentioning the price, bar code and name of the item must also be returned with the item in the state you received it.
Incomplete, damaged, damaged, worn or soiled returned items cannot be taken back and refunded.
Specific characteristics of footwear:
Shoes must not have been worn other than to try them on. The soles must be smooth, new and show no scratches which could indicate that they have been worn. The boxes containing the shoes must be impeccable and must not be used as a return carton. Shoe boxes must not contain any tape or any inscription.
Specificities related to Beauty Products:
Beauty items must be returned in their original packaging unsealed with the protective plastic film and lid intact.
To return a beauty item, return the items in the original package, which has been subject to numerous successful transport tests.
However, if your package after opening did not allow the return of beauty items in good conditions, we strongly invite you to find a new suitable container, to carefully pack the returned items to ensure maximum protection during transport.
Specificities related to articles of lingerie & swimwear:
Lingerie items and swimwear must be tried on by the Customer with his underwear. As a hygiene measure, all returns that do not comply with this procedure cannot be reimbursed.
For a partner product (marketplace), the return conditions are defined by the seller, you can find all the necessary information on his Seller page. We ask our sales partners to insert the documents and information necessary for a possible return directly into the package. If this is not the case, you should contact the seller to find out how to proceed (via your Order Tracking).
Your returns will be processed within a maximum of one month following receipt of your return package by the seller.
